It was a very long, hard day in Rome yesterday. We were struggling after picking up “the bug” that seems to be making its way through our tour group, but managed to carry on anyway. Saw the more well known piazzas and fountains as well as St. Peter’s Basilica and Square, the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, the Pantheon, Italy’s congressional buildings, Spanish Steps, Italy’s Hall of Justice (like our Supreme Court), and plenty more. Glad we didn’t wait until we were any older to take this trip…Rome is a killer!
