ROME

Roman Colessium

I know I’ve posted a lot of pictures, and I assume that those who have no interest just keep on scrolling. Hope I haven’t aggravated with my frequent posts, but it really has been a thrilling (and exhausting) two weeks. We have learned much, met some great people, walked many miles, and laughed a lot! After our long day yesterday, we were up and at it again early this morning to take in the Coliseum, Roman Forum, San Clemente Church (12 century church built over a 4th century church built over a 1st century church—incredibly interesting), and the Church of San Pietro in Vincoli where we saw Michelangelo’s Moses. Looking forward to seeing our own home and loved ones by bedtime tomorrow…by far the BEST sight of all!
