It may be a distant future retirement task to process through the 10,500 pictures I took on our Africa trip, but while I am still fresh, I wanted to post as many subjects as I can before I am back to my day job. Today I bring you Chobe River sunsets. I posted one earlier, but here is a broader sample.
We stayed at the Chobe Marina Lodge located in Kasane, Botswana. These were by far the nicest accommodations of any place on our trip. We had a huge two room suite, the staff was friendly, the food was incredible and included a wonderful barbecue feast on our last evening. The hotel had its own large comfortable riverboats and safari vehicles. We worked in two evening cruises and two game drives in Chobe National Park. For the river cruises, somehow all the boats knew exactly how to time the trip to position for great sunset pictures.
