CAVENDISH FOXES
Right about dusk, you can count on seeing foxes out along the road hoping for a handout. Oddly enough, this creature made me miss our dog Oliver! Never get tired of these island sunsets.

CAPE TRYON
Choices were either drive this road (and this was not the worst part) or walk. We opted to walk down the farmer’s lane through the clover field. That little person to the left of the road down by the lighthouse is Doug…he’s always ahead of me because I’m frequently stopping to take pictures. 😍
