After supper last night, we just pointed our car east and started driving. We did not have a destination in mind. Finally though, we figured that we would scout out Covehead Lighthouse which is located in the Prince Edward Island National Park near Stanhope. We are certainly glad we wound up there because this turned out to be one of the most spectacular sunsets I have ever seen. Over the years, we have gotten into the rhythm of the skies. In this case, a cold front had just passed through and the clearing came just in time to color things perfectly.
